MADRID PROPOSALS GOOD BASIS FOR KARABAKH SETTLEMENT TALKS

/PanARMENIAN.Net/ The Basic Principles on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict
settlement issued by the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs last November can
serve as a good basis for further talks between Armenia and Azerbaijan,
Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in his address to State Duma.

"Negotiations for the Nagorno Karabakh conflict resolution never
broke off and will continue," he said, Trend Azeri news agency reports
