MANVEL GRIGORIAN RELIEVED OF POST OF RA DEPUTY DEFENCE MINISTER

Kocharian signed a decree on relieving Manvel Grigorian of the post
of the RA Deputy Defence Minister. Noyan Tapan was informed about it
