His Holiness Garegin II appreciates the reinforcement of
Armenian-Ukrainian ties

On April 5 at the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin His Holiness Garegin
II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, received the
Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Konstantin Yeliseev.

During the meeting the Patriarch expressed appreciation for the
deepening of relations between Armenia and Ukraine and the
reinforcement of existing friendship between the two peoples. He
extended congratulations on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of
diplomatic relations between the two countries.

His Holiness also expressed his appreciation to the authorities and
people of Ukraine for the kind and careful attitude towards the
Armenian community and the Armenian Diocese of Ukraine.
