Only Country Which Is Represented On A Presidential Level Is NKR

ONLY COUNTRY WHICH IS REPRESENTED ON A PRESIDENTIAL LEVEL IS NKR

Today the ceremony of inauguration of Serge Sargsyan will take
place. No official body has provided full information about the
participants of the ceremony. The press secretary of the president
Victor Soghomonyan said the representatives of 58 countries and
12 international organizations will participate in the ceremony
of inauguration.

The United States will be represented by the U.S. deputy assistant
secretary of state Matthew Bryza, Russia by the speaker of the
Duma Boris Grizlov, France by the ambassador of this country to
Armenia. Other participants are the speaker of the parliament of
Turkmenistan, the minister of energy of Iran, the president of the
Senate of Czech, the prime minister of Georgia, the deputy president
of the League of Arab States and others. The only country which is
represented on a presidential level is NKR.
