RUSSIAN CENTRAL BANK CHAIRMAN CONGRATULATES PM TIGRAN SARGSYAN

The Chairman of the Central Bank of Russia Sergey Ignatyev
congratulated RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan on appointment. The
message says, in part:

"On the occasion of completion of your activity as the Chairman of
the Central Bank and appointment to the post of Prime Minister of the
Republic of Armenia, I wish to offer my sincere gratitude to you for
the efforts you made for the development of constructive relations
between the Central Banks of Armenia and Russia.

Under your leadership the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia
achieved considerable success in the development of the national
banking system.

I think that your experience will allow to successfully carry out
your duties in the new responsible position.

With great warmth I remember our meetings and productive discussions,
which were always held in an atmosphere of friendship and reciprocal
trust.

I would like to express my special gratitude for your participation in
the sittings of the Club of Central Bank Presidents of Central Asia,
the Black Sea Region and the Balkan states within the framework of
the chairmanship of the Russian Bank.

Accept my sincere congratulations and the wishes of robust health,
wellbeing and new creative successes in your work for the benefit of
the Republic of Armenia."
