ArmInfo. President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan has appointed Armen
Gevorgyan as Minister of Territorial Administration and Vice Premier
of Armenia.
Armen Gevorgyan was born in Yerevan on July 8 1973. He graduated from
the History Department of Orenburg State Pedagogical Institute. In
1998 he was assistant to the president. In 2000-2006 he was the first
assistant to the president. In 2007 he was appointed as the secretary
of the National Security Council.
