PRESIDENT SARGSYAN CHAIRED THE SITTING OF THE GOVERNING COUNCIL OF THE LINCY FOUNDATION

The Governing Council of the Lincy Foundation held a sitting today
chaired by RA President Serzh Sargsyan.
The President attaches importance to the cooperation with the Lincy
Foundation and noted that the successful accomplishment of the program
will provide an opportunity to continue and deepen the cooperation in
future. He informed that Deputy Prime Minister Armen Gevorgyan will
continue heading the Governing Council of the Lincy Foundation from
the Government.
Serzh Sargsyan said the Lincy programs will be in the focus of his
immediate attention. He specially underscored two factors: first,
the works should be done on a high level and partners must be fully
confident in the quality of the work done; second, the programs, the
structure should correspond to contemporary standards and requirements.
Issues connected with the activity of the Lincy Foundations were also
discussed during the sitting.
