STATE COMMISSION CONFIRMS REPORTS THAT ARMENIA-CAPTURED SOLDIER WILL BE HANDED OVER TO AZERBAIJAN

Baku. Mahbiba Gasimbayli-APA. State Commission on Prisoners of War,
Hostages and Missing Persons confirms the reports that Azerbaijani
soldier captured by Armenian forces Mukhtarov Yagub Allahverdi will
be handed over to Azerbaijan, the State Commission told APA.
Azerbaijani representation of the International Committee of the Red
Cross (ICRC) did not give information about it to APA.
Armenian websites report quoting spokesman for Armenia’s Defence
Ministry Seyran Shahsuvarian that Yagub Mukhtarov will be handed
over to Azerbaijan on April 23. Yagub Mukhtarov was captured in Tovuz
Region on March 9.
