Iranian Ambassador To Armenia Pays Tribute To Genocide Victims

IRANIAN AMBASSADOR TO ARMENIA PAYS TRIBUTE TO GENOCIDE VICTIMS

YEREVAN, APRIL 24, ARMENPRESS: Iranian ambassador to Armenia, Mr. Seyed
Ali Saghayan, expressed today his solidarity with all Armenians who
remember 1.5 million of their ancestors killed in the Ottoman empire.

Speaking to Armenian journalists after paying tribute to the Genocide
victims at the Genocide Memorial, the ambassador said every effort
must be made to preclude such crimes from happening again.

He said genocides must be fought against in every corner of the world
and all nations should extend their hands to each other to restore
the justice.

"I wish Armenia cloudless skies and peace," he said.
