Commission formed to coordinate the accomplishment of PACE suggestions

Upon the instruction of RA President Serzh Sargsyan, a working group
was established to coordinate the accomplishment of the suggestions
reflected in Resolution 1609 of the Parliamentary Assembly of the
Council of Europe on the activity of democratic institutions in
Armenia. The group is headed by the Head of Presidentâ??s Staff Hovik
Abrahamyan.

The group comprises members of the Armenian delegation to PACE, the
Assistant to President, the Deputy Ministers of Foreign Affair and
Justice, the Deputy Prosecutor General, the President of the Council of
Public Television and Radio Company and the President of the National
Commission of Television and Radio.

The group has been instructed to present suggestions of further steps
within a fortnight.
