202 HOUSES AND 2 SCHOOLS WERE BUILT IN 2007

According to the NKR National Statistics Service, in 2007 construction
of 20810.1 drams was carried out in NKR, which is up by 18.2 percent
or 3208.1 million drams compared with the previous year.

Both in 2006 and 2007 construction was financed by the government and
humanitarian aid, 48.4 percent and 16.3 percent respectively (compared
with 47.4 percent and 14.2 percent respectively in the previous year).

Capital assets of 14693.7 drams were operated, growing by 39.5
percent or 4163.7 million drams from the previous year. 22.6 percent
of capital assets are housing, 18.9 percent are public utilities,
9.6 percent are industry, 25.3 percent are other branches of economy.

In 2007 202 houses with 22133.1 sq m of space and two schools were
built in Hadrut and Martakert admitting 284 students. In 2006 105
houses with 9030.6 sq m of space and four schools admitting 1049
students were built.

In the accounting period 158 houses and 5 schools were renovated,
855 million and 121.1 million drams were spent respectively.
