Minister Nalbandian off to France

RA Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian left for France today upon the
invitation of the Foreign Minister of France Bernard Couchner.
In the framework of the visit Minister Nalbandian will have a meeting
with the Foreign Minister of France Berbard Couchner to be followed by
a joint press conference. The Minister will also meet with the
President of the French Senate Christian Poncelet.
On May 6 Edward Nalbandian will leave for Strasbourg to participate in
the 118th session of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of
Europe, where he will deliver a speech.
The same day Minister Nalbandian will meet the Co-Chairs of the OSCE
Minsk Group and the Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov.
During the stay in Strasbourg Edward Nalbandian will have meetings with
the OSCE Secretary General Marc Perrin de Brichambaut, the Secretary
General of the Council of Europe Terry Davis, the President of the
Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Luà – s Maria de Puig and
the President of the European Court of Human Rights Jean Paul Costa.
Minister Nalbandian is also expected to meet with the EU Commissioner
for Human Rights Thomas Hammarberg and members of the Ago Monitoring
Group of the Council of Europe.
Minister Nalbandian will have meetings with a number of Foreign
Ministers of Council of Europe member states.
