SURPRISE FOR MOBILE SUBSCRIBERS

In an interview with the Azat Artsakh the general manager of Karabakh
Telecom Ralf Yirikian said mobile subscribers will be given a surprise.

"The novelty will give mobile telephony in Karabakh an advantage. It
concerns the tariffs, the quality of communication, other parameters,"
Ralf Yirikian said.

"The Internet is a resource that can be compared to a source. We
import a certain volume of it. When the number of users increases,
to put it figuratively, the water of the source is not enough, and the
Internet starts working slowly. We have already increased the "debit"
of our source twice and we consider increasing it once more. It is
already underway," said the general manager.

Ralf Yirikian appealed to all the organizations which generate
profit to spend at least one percent of their profit on social
programs. Karabakh Telecom has signed with the NKR government an
agreement on a donation of half a billion drams for social programs.
