VAHAN HOVHANNISYAN AND HEGHINE BISHARYAN TO HEAD "ORINATS YERKIR" AND "DASHNAKTSUTYUN" FACTIONS

>From now on the ARF Dashnaktsutyun faction of the National assembly
will be headed by ex-Speaker of Parliament Vahan Hovhannisyan, and
"Orinats Yerkir" will be headed by Heghine Bisharyan, former secretary
of the faction. Chairman of the National assembly Tigran Torosyan
declared at the regular four-day sitting that corresponding decisions
were taken during the sittings of the factions. Newly elected MP
Khachik Harutyunyan will be the Secretary of "Orinats Yerkir" faction.
The position of the leader of the "Orinats Yerkir" faction was
left vacant after Arthur Baghdasaryan was appointed Secretary of
the National Security Council at RA President’s Office. Head of the
Dashnaktsutyun faction Hrayr Karapetyan will compete for the position
of the Vice-Speaker of the National Assembly during the elections
scheduled for the next four-day meeting.
