MORE OUTBREAKS OF AFRICAN PLAGUE ARE REPORTED

The epidemic of the African plague which affects pigs has not
been fought completely, said the minister of agriculture Armo
Tsatryan. During our interview another report of outbreak of the
disease came from the region of Shahumyan.

A few days ago a report came from the village of Minjevan of the
region of Kashatagh but there was no outbreak.

The minister says the risk of outbreak persists because there are wild
pigs in many places, especially the forests of the region of Kashatagh,
and there is a fear that the next outbreak will come "from the forest".
