The General Prosecutor’s studied the extraordinary public report made
by RA human rights defender and drew clear conclusions. Which is – by
that report the Ombudsman went beyond his commissions.

According to the General Prosecutor’s: `The analysis shows that the
ideas expressed in the report are of pure political nature and mostly
tend to create illusion among the society that they propose solutions,
instead of giving concrete solutions known in international practice
and acceptable by the internal-state legislation.’

Which means the Prosecutor’s observes the report made by the Ombudsman
as a manifestation of populism, which tends to influence wide layer of
society, to create delusion that they really do something to change the
situation.
