Baku. Tamara Grigoryeva-APA. "It is difficult to say something
about meeting of Azerbaijani and Armenian Presidents to be held in
St. Petersburg", Novruz Mammadov, head of the President’s Office
Department for International Relations said, APA reports.

He noted that there were several problems.

"We have not familiarized with position of newly-elected Armenian
president. There was tensity, mass actions after the presidential
elections in Armenia, state of emergency was announced, activity
of media was confined. How many Armenians believe in newly-elected
president? We do not know which steps Armenia will take in negotiations
process", he said.

Emil Lazarian: “I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered.
