`I believe we don’t need any law to form the Public Palace. The format,
which we used to discuss by now, shows that the Public Palace is going
to be a consultative body for the President. The National Assembly
can’t restrict the steps taken by the President.

The President himself must choose the format of forming a consultative
body for him. Each of the MPs can submit daft laws regarding any issue.
But it doesn’t mean that this bill will be adopted and this is the only
way to regulate the life,’ Tigran Torosyan expressed this opinion
regarding the formation of the Public Palace.

“I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
