War is always possible but it’s not because someone wants it, according
to a Russian analyst.

"This is the logic of conflict development. War in Karabakh is possible
only in case of a severe crisis.

True, there will be no blitzkrieg. For its part, the international
community will never allow a long war.

However, not everything in politics can be explained by reasonability,"
Alexander Skakov, head of the CIS department at the Russian Institute
of Strategic Studies, during Yerevan-Moscow-Baku TV space bridge.

For his part, Armenian political scientist Alexander Iskandaryan
remarked that accumulation of armament is the closest way to
peace. "Resolution of the Karabakh conflict is unlikely in the
foreseeable future. This is a long process like the other lingering
conflicts, such as China-Taiwan, India-Kashmir, Israel-Palestine,
Cyprus," he said
