EXPERT: NO PREREQUISITE FOR NKR CONFLICT REGULATION

Today it is difficult to imagine any advanced step for the regulation
of the NKR conflict or any prerequisite for that, said Alexander
Skakov, the director of Russian Military Investigation Institute
in TV Bridge of Moscow-Yerevan-Baku, today. According to him if the
sides wish to find any solution to the regulation they should find
the place to start with.

"In some specific cases the step forward is possible, and that
important point is the reliability of the sides, other words it is
the guarantee to it," he said.

The politician has also paid attention on the humanitarian problems
having public significance. As a specific example he named the
reconstruction of all cultural values important for the both sides. "We
should remember that there are monuments important for the world not
for Azerbaijan only and by the support of OSCE and UNESCO we should
meet the question," he said.
