On the occasion of the premature death of Vahagn Movsisian, the
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Armenia to China,
Serge Sargsian, the President of the Republic of Armenia, has sent
a telegram of condolence to the Movsisians. It is mentioned in
the telegram that holding pivotal offices Vahagn Movsisian had his
contribution in the development of the economy of Armenia, as well
as of the international relations of the country.

"During our team-work I knew him not only as a skilful and
capable state figure but also an individual endowed with high human
features. Those qualities: patriotism, devotedness and friendliness,
were manifested both in his work and life. It is hard for all of us
to lose such a young figure and diplomat full of vigour," is said in
the telegram of Serge Sargsian.
