ARMENOLOGICAL TWO-DAY WORKSHOP HELD IN KINGS COLLEGE OF CAMBRIDGE

CAMBRIDGE, JUNE 13, ARMENIANS TODAY – NOYAN TAPAN.

A two-day Armenological workshop was held in the Kings college of the
Cambridge University on June 7-8. The workshop was organized by Dr.
Bert Vaux, a professor of the Linguistics Department of the Cambridge
University, who is the author of the "Phonetics of the Armenian
Language" and a textbook of Eastern Armenian, in addition to numerous
other works.

According to the message of the Press and Information Department of the
RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs, renowned Armenologist linguists from
the Oxford, St. Andrews, Tufts and New Castle Universities, as well as
from the Chester Bit Library of Dublin took part in the workshop.

Vahe Gabrielian, the Ambassador of Armenia to the United Kingdom, took
part in the workshop on the first day.
