-POLITICAL NEW CULTURE IN ARMENIA-

Hrayr Karapetyan, NA spokesman said that a new
political culture is being formed in Armenia, which
the spokesman commented that based on the NA
legislation opposition is given more responsibilities
and is more authorized. He said that Armenian reality
of authorities and opposition should not be like black
and white.

According to him the opposition should have an
opportunity to express its positions from the
platforms not from the streets.

The spokesman said that those legislative changes are
not new things invented by Armenian authorities, as
many civilized countries adopted them and act in line
with them. Those changes are to prove that nobody is
forever and that system should work. The spokesman
said that it would be better to work on those changes
before the article 1609 and the recommendations were
presented.
