COMMUNICATION WITH PEOPLE SHOULD BE ESTABLISHED

"The society does not trust authorities anymore and the latter have
not done anything to recover the trust and reliability," said Hranush
Kharatyan. Opposing her ARF member Alvard Petrosyan said that the
authorities do try to take measures and change something.

"The authorities just would not be able to fight all the obstacles
even if they did large steps in a small world. But it is not accurate
to ignore what they wish to do," said the deputy. She said that she is
mostly interested in people than in L. Ter-Petrosyan and S. Sargsyan.

As for the idea of conducting a dialogue between the opposition and
authorities, A. Petrosyan said that they should have held a dialogue
with people.
