7.4% INFLATION RECORDED IN ARMENIA IN MAY

An inflation rate of 7.4% was recorded in Armenia this May as compared
with last December. The RA Statistical Service reported an 8.9%
price rise in January-May 2008 as compared with the corresponding
period last year.

An inflation rate of 4 (±1.5) % has been budgeted in Armenia this
year.
