"The United States of America, even if it wants, will not be able to
force Russia out of the South Caucasus, moreover, we do not intend
to do that. The politics of the United States of America has never
taken that direction." This statement was made by David Kramer, the
U.S. Assistant Secretary of State and Head of the Bureau of Democracy,
Human Rights and Labour, at the press conference, which was held on
June 25.
In his words, the United States of America attaches importance to the
fact that the countries of the region, including Armenia, should have
good and congenial relations both with the United States of America
and western countries, as well as with Russia.
