measures on improvement of the business environment in Armenia. The
deputy minister of economy Vahram Ghushchian told reporters following

environment.

by the short duration of property registration process and in 47th
place by the index of duration of an enterprise foundation. The
deputy minister noted that by 2010 Armenia may become 3rd on this
list. Credit receiving is also a problem, and Armenia will move from
36th to 13th position by this index.
According to the WB, Armenia is in 83rd place by investment security
