"By speculating the topic of the "occupied territories" Azerbaijan
puts pressure on both Armenia and the international community.
But we never raise the issue of Armenia’s blockade in the international
instances.
Do you remember the document prepared by Van Grigoryan, passed by the
US legislative body? According to that document it was prohibited to
show humanitarian assistance to Azerbaijan, until they continue to
blockade Armenia.
Of course that document was frozen, on political bases, but it
testifies to the fact that international community attaches great
importance to that issue." Artak Davtyan believes.
