The Azeri side again fails the OSCE monitoring

Press Service of RA Ministry of Defense informs that the Azeri side
failed the monitoring planned to be held on July 10, at 11 p.m. near
the village of Chinar (Tavoush marz) within the framework of the
Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej
Kasprzyk.

The Azerbaijani side did not appear at the meeting, saying the ministry
of Foreign affairs has not provided security guarantees.
