"In information war defense means defeat. There should be no defense in
this war. You should always attack. The defended side is 90% defeated.

So we should think about having specialists in this field. We need
people who are able to work in the right way with information, who know
languages and who are skillful in temporary technologies. It should be
a multi-member group, including journalists, historians, psychologists,
politicians and diplomats. I believe this way Armenia will be able to
use the arms directed against us in the field of our rival." Director
of the museum of Armenian Genocide Hayk Demoyan believes.
