The intelligence Services of the United States hold the viewpoint
that the fate of the "frozen conflicts" of the Caucasus is unclear.

As mentioned in the report on the security threats, "It will be
impossible to settle the conflicts of the Caucasus in the visible
future." The report was prepared by the US intelligence agencies.
