OFFICE TO BE PROVIDED TO ROBERT KOCHARIAN WITH RIGHT OF GRATUITOUS USE

The proposal to provide an office to former President Robert Kocharian
in Yerevan with the right of gratuitous use was approved at the
RA government’s July 17 sitting. According to Karine Kirakosian,
the Head of the RA State Property Management Department, an area of
374.1 sq.m. on the sixth floor of the building in Vazgen Sargsian,
26/1 belonging to the Erebuni-Plaza LTD will be rented for 10 years’
term for that purpose. At that, according to an agreement reached
with the Erebuni Plaza LTD, the annual rent payment will amount to
2m drams, which will also involve payments for car parking lots,
communal facilities, and communications (electricity, water, gas,
telephone, Internet, etc.).

K. Kirakosian also said that the sum of area renting funded by the
state budget will make 1m drams (nearly 3.3 thousand USD) this year.
