CONCESSION TERM ON HAYPOST TO BE EXTENDED FOR ANOTHER 5 YEARS

Today’s sitting of the Armenian government adopted a decision according
to which concession term on Haypost will be extended for another
5 years, the head of State Property Department under the Armenian
government Karine Kirakosyan said over the sitting.
More over, authorities of the concession leader of the national post
operator of Armenia – CJSC "Haypost" – Hans Boon will be extended. From
now on the director will have a right to select the person that will
make audit, to create representations and branches of the company,
to confirm their regulations, to revise their activity and liquidate
them. The trusting leader of Haypost will submit activity reports to
the government not once in a quarter but once in a year.
