Aggression against one of CSTO members will be considered as aggression
against all of its members, CSTO Secretary General Nikolay Bordyuzha
said at today’s press-conference in Yerevan in response to the question
about the Organization’s position in the context of the continuing
statements to Armenia. CSTO secretary general recalled the relevant
article of the Collective Security Treaty. Moreover, Bordyuzha added
that there is an agreement , within the frames of CSTO, on extreme
assistance to a state exposed to aggression. Moreover, if one of the
states undergoes aggression, naturally, a mechanism of assistance
will be actuated, N. Bordyuzha said.

“I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
