Yury Baluyevsky made a sharp statement in the address of the USA:
"One super power dictates its own formula to all the countries of the
world – guaranteed national security, independence, sovereignty at
the price of losses. But not every country accepts the existence of
one super power, though the USA will try to confirm its super power
in all the parts of the world."
