‘ARMROSGAZPROM’ CJSC TO INVEST $25,6 MLN IN RECONSTRUCTION OF GAS DISTRIBUTION NETWORK IN 2008

"ArmRosgazprom" Armenian-Russian CJSC is going to invest 7,7 bln
drams ($25,6 mln) in reconstruction of the gas distribution network
in 2008, today’s message of the Company says.
It is also scheduled to invest 3 bln drams in construction of the new
fourth gas distribution station for Yerevan, 1,1 bln drams will be
sent for relaying of the operating emergency gas pipelines and 3,6
bln drams – for regulation of gas supply regimes. These works are
carried out for regulation of regimes, enhancement of the quality of
gas supply and operational integrity.
To recall, "ArmRosgazprom" CJSC was created in December, 1997. It
is an exclusive natural gas importer to Armenia. RA government owns
22,78% of shares in the authorized capital, "Gazprom" OJSC – 72,16%
and "ITERA" Company – 5,06%.
