‘K-Telecom’ – the leader in the list of biggest taxpayers of Armenia

ArmInfo. "K-Telecom" mobile operator (trade mark VivaCell) continues
leading in the list of biggest taxpayers of Armenia by the results of
the first half-year of 2008, having paid 15.002 bln drams taxes to the
state budget, including 5.778 bln drams – profits tax and income tax,
the report of State Tax Service of Armenia says.
Armenian-Russian CJSC "ArmRosgasprom" occupies the second place, having
paid 9,413 bln drams, including 937.4 mln drams – profits tax and
income tax. CJSC "ArmenTel" occupies the third place,
having paid 8.168 bln drams to the state budget, including 2.415 bln
drams – profits tax and income tax. CJSC "Zangezur cooper-molybdenum
plant" occupies the forth place having paid 7.9 bln drams to the state
budget including 4.304 bln drams – profits tax and income tax.
"GosPetrolService" occupies the fifth place having paid 4.906 bln
drams, including 230.5 mln drams – profits tax and income tax.
The oil trading company "Flash" occupies the sixth place having paid
4.8 bln drams, including 222.1 mln drams – profits tax and income tax.
CJSC ‘Electric Networks of Armenia’ occupies the 8th place, having paid
3.4 bln drams, including 1.5 bln drams – profits tax and income tax.
CJSC "Armenian railway" occupied the 9th place, having paid 3.3
bln drams to the state budget, including 245.6 mln drams – profits tax
and income tax. Armenian Nuclear Power Plant occupied the 12th place
having paid 2.127 bln drams, including 330.6 mln drams –
profits tax and income tax. "Pure Iron" company occupied the 14th
place, having paid 2 bln drams, including 1.8 bln drams – profits tax
and income tax. .
Mikmetal company paid 1.5 bln drams to the state budget, including
108.6 mln drams – profits tax and income tax and occupied the 17th
place in the list.
International Airports of Armenia, the concessionaire of Yerevan
airport Zvartnots, is in the 21st position by 1.4 billion drams state
taxes including 800 million profit tax and income tax. Yerevan Brandy
Company occupied the 23rd position by 1.3 billion drams taxes pad for
the firs half of 2008 including 598.2 million drams profit and income
taxes. Yerevan brandy-wine-vodka plant Ararat is in the 49th position
by 717.5 million drams including 51.1 million drams profit ad income
taxes.
Armenian Molybdenum Production LLC is in the 37th position by 939.2
million drams including 777.7 million drams profit and income taxes.
Rusal Armenal CJSC is the 78th by 444/9 million dram state tax payment,
Zangezur Mining is the 79th by 443.7 million drams, CJSC Haypost is the
134th by 269 million drams state tax.
