HAYK BABOUKHANYAN, Head of the Constitutional Right Union, finds that
our country is facing a great deal of internal and external challenges,
and extraordinary elections will not be favorable in such situation.

"The extraordinary elections will not bring any use apart from new
tensions, new clashes and probably, new bloodsheds. A nation should
be engaged in solving its internal and external problems instead of
holding permanent elections," he announced yesterday.
