Turkish president’s visit to Yerevan will last 5-6 hours

TURKISH PRESIDENT’S VISIT TO YEREVAN WILL LAST 5-6 HOURS

Turkish President Abdullah Gul has accepted Armenian President Serge
Sargsian’s invitation to Yerevan to watch the world championship
football match of the two countries’ national teams on September 6.

According to "Anatolu" agency, on the occasion of the football match
Gul is paying a working visit to Armenia. The visit will last 5-6
hours. Turkish President will arrive in Yerevan two hours before the
match. Turkish Foreign Minister Ali Babajan will accompany Gul during
the visit.

Turkish President will arrive in Armenia by two airplanes. 15 public
officials and diplomats, 30 guards and 70 journalists will accompany
him during the visit.

Gyurjan Tyurkoghlu, Special advisor to Turkish President on foreign
affairs, Husein Avni Karsluoghlu, Director of the President’s personal
office, Unal Chevikioz, Assistant Advisor to Foreign Minister, and
other diplomats are going to accompany Gul.

Before the football match, the two Presidents will meet and have a
tête-à-tête at the Armenian President’s official
residence. Then it will continue at the level of delegations.

After receiving guests at his official residence the Armenian
President with his Turkish counterpart will leave for "Hrazdan"
playing field to watch the football match.

Right after the match the Turkish President will leave for Ankara,
"Armenpress" reported.
