ARMENIAN DEFENCE MINISTER RECEIVES FRENCH CO-CHAIR OF OSCE MINSK GROUP

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 16, NOYAN TAPAN. On September 16 the RA minister
of defence Seyran Ohanian received the French co-chair of the OSCE
Minsk Group, Ambassador Bernard Fassier. The current situation in the
region and the impact of the latest developments on the settlement
of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict were discussed at the meeting.

According to the press service of the RA ministry of defence,
S. Ohanian said that the negotiations within the framework of the
OSCE are the most efficient format of resolving the Nagorno Karabakh
conflict. He expressed his support for the efforts of the OSCE Minsk
Group co-chairs.
