YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 18, NOYAN TAPAN. On September 17, RA President
Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on appointing Arman Mkrtumian Chairman
of the RA Cassation Court. Noyan Tapan was informed about it by the
RA President’s Press Office.
