YEREVAN, September 19. /ARKA/. RA Foreign Minister Edward
Nalbandyan believes that good preconditions for the settlement of
the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict are available now, which, in turn,
may afford new opportunities for regional cooperation.
He also pointed out that the OSCE Minsk Group has proved its viability
and enjoys the international community’s support.
"The negotiations for the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict
are going on the basis of proposals made by the OSCE Minsk Group
Co-Chairmen," Nalbandyan said.
Since 1992, the negotiations for the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh
conflict have been held within the OSCE Minsk Group co-chaired by
the USA, Russia and France.
