OSCE MINSK GROUP CO-CHAIRS LIKELY TO MEET WITH FOREIGN MINISTERS OF AZERBAIJAN AND ARMENIA IN NEW YORK

"I do hope that we will be able to hold meeting of OSCE Minsk Group
co-chairs with Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia by late
September in New York", said French co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group
Bernard Fassier at a press conference in Baku.

"The schedules of the meetings of Elmar Mamedyarov and Edward
Nalbandyan in New York and different. E.Nalbandyan, along with his
meeting, will also accompany the Armenian President. There is a sole
free day, when we plan to arrange the meeting", said he.

According to Fassier, the agreement on this meeting was reached at
the Moscow meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia,
held in August.

"I hope that the talks between Mamedyarov and Nalbandyan will be
as much constructive as the talks me and Matthew Bryza held in this
region", said Fassier.
