RA PRESIDENT LEFT FOR NEW YORK

YEREVAN, 23.09.08. DE FACTO. Today RA President Serge Sargsian left
for New York to participate in the 63d session of the U. N. General
Assembly.

According to the RA President’s Press Office, RA President will
deliver a speech at the U. N. General Assembly. Besides, in New York
Serge Sargsian will hold meetings with the U. N. Secretary-General
Ban Ki-Moon, and heads of a number of states.

The head of Armenian state will meet with the members of Armenian
National Committee of America (ANCA), Armenian Assembly of America
(AAA), and representatives of New York’s Armenian community. Armenian
President will visit Surb Vardan Church, the residence of Eastern
Eparchy of the Armenian Apostolic Church in the U. S. within the
frames of the visit.

A solemn reception in honor of the RA President will be held on behalf
of the Armenia’s Embassy in the U. S., RA Permanent Representation
at the U. N. and authoritative Armenian-American organizations.
