UN SECRETARY GENERAL APPRECIATES SERZH SARGSYAN’S "FOOTBALL DIPLOMACY"

President Serzh Sargsyan had a meeting with UN Secretary General
Ban Ki-moon.
During the meeting the parties dwelt on a number of regional issues
including the peaceful resolution of the Karabakh conflict and the
Armenian-Turkish dialogue.
The UN Secretary General appreciated Serzh Sargsyan’s "football
diplomacy" and Turkish President Abdullah Gil’s visit to Armenia,
expressing willingness to contribute to the improvement of the
Armenian-Turkish relations.
