WHY DO WE NEED EXTRAORDINARY ELECTIONS?

"I am against the idea of holding extraordinary elections. Each
election becomes a kind of disgrace for us. Each time society makes
uproar, and unpleasant practices become common. Why do we need
extraordinary elections?
And besides, why should we hold extraordinary elections? Yes, I am
dissatisfied both with the National Assemblies existing at present
and the ones that existed before (with the exception of the Supreme
Council). Their staff is really disgraceful. Among more than 100 MPs,
only 20 people are respectable individuals. The rest are not active
members; they are just statuettes. The quality is low, whereas the
Parliament has to be the ‘brain’ of the country. Notwithstanding
all this, I consider the idea of holding extraordinary elections
inappropriate."
