SOON TURKEY SHOULD PROVIDE WAY OUT TO SEA

According to the international convention on the countries which do
not have way out to sea, such countries have rights to get way out
to sea from their neighbor countries, announced Vahan Hovhannisyan,
the head of ARF fraction and added that countries which are bordered
by seas are to provide such opportunities to the other countries
without any additional tariffs.

V. Hovhannisyan said that both Turkey and Georgia have signed under
that convention, but unfortunately Armenia is not a part to that
convention. But the ARF deputy said that when the National Assembly
of Armenia applies for joining that convention Turkey and Georgia
will have to implement their rights.
