ARTUR BAGHDASARIAN AND ROBERT SIMMONS DISCUSS ISSUES OF ARMENIA-NATO COOPERATION

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 21, NOYAN TAPAN. During the October 21 meeting
of the National Security Council Secretary Artur Baghdasarian and
the delegation headed by Robert Simmons, NATO Secretary General’s
Representative for Caucasus and Central Asia, issues of Armenia-NATO
cooperation were discussed.

According to a report by the RA President’s Press Office, at the
guests’ request, A. Baghdasarian presented the activities of the
Interdepartmental Commission, created by the order of the RA President,
which regulates the work carried out with European and Euro-Atlantic
structures. During the meeting issues on the course of Armenia-NATO
Individual Partnership Plan and 2009-2010 cooperation were discussed.
