THEY CHEAT WITHOUT FEELING SHAME

According to the "news" which have appeared in the press belonging
to Armenian Pan National Movement, in his interview given to
"Tsayg" TV company, the incumbent Major of Gyumry, candidate for
Major V. Ghukasyan spoke about certain secrets which link him with
President Serge Sargsyan. To what extent does this hypothesis match
with the reality?
During our telephone conversation with V. Ghukasyan, the latter
expressed his indignation, saying that the press, which have put
into circulation that "information", simply cheat. "How could I say
something that doesn’t exist? I simply expressed my gratitude to the
country’s President that soon we are planning to open Area Studies
Museum and the works by Minas will be exhibited there and the building
will be reconstructed."
So the conversation is not about "secrets" but certain projects.
"It is not so easy to slander, because we have all the recordings."
The major said and added that he considers it normal that some people
trouble waters before the elections.
