/PanARMENIAN.Net/ Resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict is
possible if Azerbaijan demonstrates political will and doesn’t hamper
the peace process, Armenian Foreign Minister said.

"The talks are held on the basis of the Madrid Principles and in
the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group, an efficient format which
doesn’t need reformation," Edward Nalbandian told a news conference
in Yerevan today.

"Three principles of the Helsinki Final Act, namely non-use of force,
territorial integrity and right of nations to self-determination
underlie the ongoing negotiations," he said, adding that Yerevan is
interested in soonest resolution of the conflict.

Emil Lazarian: “I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
